Jeri and I did an afternoon dance lesson and then went out on the town for our big Friday night. The primary entertainment was getting our 2024 COVID vaccination. It is a little early in the season but we are traveling a bunch in the next 2 months.

I get 3-5 shots or IV’s a week. And we got our flu shots a couple weeks ago. All no problem. This one, however, was painful. I bet it will work well because I am sure the lady injected it into my bone marrow. Yikes!

Looking forward to a super sore arm this weekend. A long bike ride and cutting wood for a couple hours should do the trick.
