Everyone Wins!

Memorial Day 2024 is done and it was a success for Jeri, Rex, and me. We wanted to escape to our cottage in Elk Rapids, but our trusty dog sitter wanted to do something at her cottage (the nerve! Hahaha). So, the only way for us to go was to take Rex with us. The trick was how to get him in the truck. He can jump up on a bed or couch, but for some reason will not do the car any more. He is not that heavy, but is still tough to pick up. The solution: A harness with handles. Jeri found this one and I got him in it. As long as there were apples to be eaten he was completely oblivious. AND as a bonus, I got a little weight lifting in. Everyone wins. I love that!
