The Women

Wow! Another great book. Kristen Hanna really knows how to tell a story. This one was not as tough to read as The Great Alone, but close. It was tough because she made it so easy to put myself into the different characters and situations. I easily got sucked into being the good guy and the bad guy at the same time. Although this focused on the women nurses in the Vietnam War, it made me reflect on what I do today. Yikes, it’s going to take a while to process this one.

I read a lot of good books in 2024, but this one was by far the best.
