Third Time’s A Charm!

Jeri and I have left the USA.

Well, we do plan to come back but not until we have cruised across the Atlantic Ocean. We will be out on the water for a total of 10 days. Nothing but water wherever we look. A little spooky and a lot exciting!

This is the third time we have booked this trip on this ship (Rotterdam by Holland America). The first time we were supposed to go was April of 2020 - foiled by COVID that March. The second time was April of 2023 - foiled by cancer that January. So until the ship actually pulled out of the Fort Lauderdale harbor, I’d been expecting something to block us. Not this time. We are gone!

What are we going to do? Exercise, eat, drink coffee, read, talk (I will just listen), and continue our 2025 quest to declutter our lives - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Due to Starlink - I might do a few emails. Ha!

Oh yeah, and we will look out over the ocean, marvel at the beauty, those who have done this before us, and be thankful for everything. Especially a modern cruise ship with storm tracking, GPS, and an espresso maker! (We are well aware that this is NOT the Mayflower.)
