I’m Back!
Back in Michigan. Back in the Chair. Back in a new shirt! This one came from a work teammate and his wife. I went to interview him a couple weeks ago on his pending retirement and he gives me a shirt! What a deal! I must say this was the first interview I have done that resulted in me getting a shirt.
The last time I was in this chair my baby white blood cells (ANC) were low. I took a week off one of the drugs, the numbers came up, and I started again. Today…back low again. I feel a dose change coming soon. Ha!
It just so happens that I start the restaging process this week. I do a PET scan tomorrow and bone marrow biopsy on Wednesday. Then we wait for 10-15 days to get the MRD (how many cancer cells out of one million) numbers. The goal is 0. My last score was 12. Hopefully the drop in body fat along with the drugs will get me there. (I was mostly good! Ha!)
